Ilona Hegedus' book, Unearthly Companion is now available at Lulu.com

The young Hungarian writer, Ilona Hegedus, who lives in Budapest, wrote all the poems in in English and has self-published the book via Lulu.com, a popular print-on-demand marketplace
in the US which increasingly attracts the attention of writers who wish to self-publish their books, both from the United States and Europe.

Ilona's writings have appeared in a number of online and printed magazines including Illumen, Expressions Newsletter, Between Kisses, AlienSkin Magazine, Skyline, KidVisions, Whispers of Wickedness, Beyond Centauri and Astropoetica. The last one, 'The Bond' tells an anti-utopistic vampire story and has appeared in the October issue of Book of Dark Wisdom, together with works by well-known authors such as J. Michael Straczynski, Bruce Boston, Tim Curran, Simon Wood, William Mitchell, and Ron Shiflet .

The new book, Unearthly Companion has just become available at Lulu.com, both in ebook form and in paperback and can be purchased at Lulu.com.
The book has received several excellent pre-publication reviews and one of the poems in the book 'Haunted House' has been nominated for Muses Prize, (nominated Best Poem of Year 2005).

Ilona Hegedus is the first Hungarian writer who has a book of genre poetry published and she was also the first Hungarian writer who took up blogging in English a few months ago, when she started Ilona's World.
