About the Author

A native of Huntington, Long Island (New York), Victoria Tallini-Vega lives in Deer Park, Long Island, with her husband and twin daughters. She is a legal secretary and earned an A. A. at The State University of New York: Farmingdale; she also earned a certificate in children's writing from the Institute of Children's Literature in Connecticut.

Along with writing, Victoria Tallini-Vega is most passionate about spending time with her family. "Good, old-fashioned, one-on-one family time," she says. "It's the most important thing to me."
