BIG CANOE® WINS PRESTIGIOUS COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR HONOR

Atlanta, GA November 19, 2011 The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association has awarded Big Canoe its top prize, Community of the Year, in its 31st Annual OBIE Awards. The program "honors excellence in building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement in the homebuilding industry."

The OBIE Awards, presented every November, have expanded over the years to include more than 100 categories, with Community of the Year sitting at the top of that list.

In addition to Community of the Year, Big Canoe won two more OBIEs: Gold for Best Print Ad (Full Page and Over) and Silver for Single Family Builder-Detached (Choctaw Village, $425,000 to $499,999).
