Award-Winning Artists Works Featured at Tribe Hotel, Nairobi

Rashid Al'Sanosi, a talented artist from Nairobi, Kenya is one of the many artists whose works are proudly displayed in the Hotel.

Robert Aswani, self-taught artist brings his paintings to life with vibrant colors. His favorite subject is the informal market places which he experiences both in the rural and urban settings.

Zacharia Mbutha invented his own unusual style of painting. He draws inspiration from Van Gogh and Picasso for painting.

Geraldine Robarts is an award-winning artist of profound insight who has paintings in many prominent public and private collections and public buildings worldwide. She has painted in many styles and her work is widely sought after. Her joy is also in mentoring young Kenyan artists.

Richard Kenyanya Nyagiro began his career at a very young age. As his talent grew so did his creativity. He worked under Victor Lamond who taught him to "Keep It Simple and Silly", and now, his simple designs are showcased at Tribe.

Peter Kenyana Owendo's sculptures displayed in the Tribe reveal his passion for design. He sculpts from granite, soapstone, wood, metal and clay. The award-winning artist is often commissioned to decorate residences and design logos for companies.

Jack Kaluva is a renowned artist but a musician at heart. Kaluva's specialty is sculpting musical instruments. Jack says," Let me play my music in sculpting if that is the only way I can sing."

Jutta Gavidia Wilhelm is a born artist. Her product line includes lighting features, soft furniture, office furniture and fixtures, specialized shop and showroom fittings and a whole range of furniture and fixtures for residential purposes.
