Three classic children's picture books are to be adapted and performed on stage at KidsFest Singapore 2012 in the coming weeks, courtesy of ABA Productions.

The international theatre production company is staging the special series of plays at the DBS Arts Centre from January 26th to February 12th 2012, with tickets on sale now.

First on the programme will be the Asian debut of David Wood's musical adaptation of The Tiger Who Came to Tea, which runs from January 26th until February 4th.

Meanwhile, We're Going on a Bear Hunt will also run from January 26th and ends on February 12th, while the third production - Stick Man - is on between February 3rd and 12th.

Each of the three shows runs for around 55 minutes and will bring the magic and whimsy of their respective source texts to life on stage with music, gags and colourful costumes.

Tickets for each show can be purchased for as little as S$38 (£18.90), with prices ranging up to S$58.

Matinee and evening shows are available for all three productions.

Families can find a massive selection of Singapore hotels at AsiaRooms.com, including the Fragrance Hotel.
