When Chris Jordan of WaiBig Entertainment began producing a Mercedes Benz Fashion Week event with the pioneering fashion label Whiteboy, there arose a need to create dynamic goodie bags that would connect the party-goers to Whiteboy’s undefinable, progressive spirit. With Whiteboy ( www.whiteboy.com ) already providing special clothing and handbags and brands such as work-out haven Equinox fitness ( www.equinoxfitness.com ), Fred Segal, Gotcha Clothing, Blue Bamboo Restaurant, and Def Jam Records contributing to the bags, Hypaethral PR [HPR] came on board to define and include additional items that would thrill as well as fascinate the event's celebrity and entertainment industry attendees.

The Whiteboy industry and celebrity-driven night , which kicked-off a series of WaiBig events during fashion week, included TV show hosts, actors, professional athletes, and executives from major Hollywood-based companies such as ICM, Dreamworks, and MGM. Held at Hollywood hot-spot, Concorde Supper Club, the celebration had additional sponsorship from the innovation liqueur BlaVod Black Vodka ( www.blackvodka.com ), Fugue Magazine ( www.fuguemagazine.com ), and HER Energy Drinks ( www.herenergy.com ).

The gift bags, valued at $1,000.00 each, are still delighting attendees, many of which have contacted HPR to praise the quality of the bags. HPR's product placement specialist, Li Sapp-Weaver, took care in coordinated treats for any style maven or fashion-forward man while connecting to the pioneering, boundary-free spirit of Whiteboy Clothing. Contents included: gift certificates and custom jewelry by the visionary Manolo Velez ( www.manolovelez.com ), chocolate by Chocolove ( www.chocolove.com ) that is so deliciously stylish it was recently featured on Vogue’s Style.com, genre-bending music from Peng Records ( www.peng.co.uk ) and Auditory Sculpture ( www.auditorysculpture.com ), compass cufflinks and thermometer earrings by jeweler Individual Icons ( www.individualicons.com ), specialty gift boxes containing pampering soaps and tub teas from Red Carpet ( www.redcarpetboutiquela.com ), beauty pucks by Tan Towel ( www.tantowel.com ), music inspired t-shirts and tanks by My Broken Heart ( www.mybrokenheartgear.com ), jeweler Hovey Lee ( www.hoveylee.com ), flavored lipbalms by Jamba Juice ( www.jambajuice.com ), soothing scents from Warm Spirit ( www.warmspirit.com ), refreshing water by Metromint ( www.metromint.com ), graphically embossed tissues by T-Shooze ( www.t-shooze.com ), Urban Defense teas by Teaology ( www.teaology.com ), and movie starlet Sama eyewear
( www.samaeyewear.net ) whose credits include Terminator 3 and Mission Impossible 3.

Sapp-Weaver had a definite vision when coordinating the gift bags. “We wanted to create lifestyle bags, not just gift bags, that would appeal to the fashionable jet-setter. Everything in the bag has a purpose, easy mobility, and individual quality coupled with a stylish vibe,” Sapp-Weaver remarks. She continues, “This guarantees that the attendees walk away from the event relating to the overall mindset of the host and go home with a truly specialized experience.”
