J.T.'s Cookbook, a new book by J. T. Odneal, has been released by RoseDog Books.

J. T. Odneal has lived the life of the new old West and over the years, he has saved the very best of recipes, mostly from family and friends. He has spent his life growing up and living in Colorado and Arizona, right in the heart of the new old West. His first interest is to preserve the land and live with the creatures there with him. He is now retired from his entrepreneurial activities of mostly real estate and ranching in his 81 years, and he spends his time in Mexico, Arizona and Colorado. His diversions over the years have been dancing two-stepping, Western music; playing pool whenever possible and reading a good book until sleep comes. His cooking skills were learned mostly of necessity.

The recipes in this book will not make you a chef; however, they will make your family and friends believe you are. The pages in this book are salted and peppered with tongue-in-cheek humor. Odneal reveals secrets of cooking that regular cookbooks fail to provide. His inserted poetry will keep you reading from cover to cover.

J.T.'s Cookbook is a 44-page paperback with a retail price of $10.00. The ISBN is 978-1-4349-8845-4. It was published by RoseDog Books of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
