LateRooms.com - Diversity set for dance extravaganza in Dublin

February 26, 2012 (PRLEAP.COM) Travel News
Award-winning street dance troupe Diversity are due to appear at the O2 Arena in Dublin on Saturday April 14th.

Having performed to more than 300,000 people around the world last year, the London-based group will unveil a brand new show at venues across the UK and Ireland this spring.

Their latest performance, created by lead choreographer Ashley Banjo, is entitled Digitized: Trapped in a Game.

Members of the audience can expect to see plenty of the slick routines, daring acrobatics and energetic moves that propelled the 11-strong troupe to fame.

Diversity became a household name after winning the third series of Britain's Got Talent in 2009, when they beat Susan Boyle in the final.

Since then, they have performed for the Queen at the Royal Variety Show and completed two sold-out tours of the UK, as well as appearing in the film StreetDance 3D.

"We have been blown away by the reaction we received from our first two tours. It has been amazing. We are really looking forward to getting back out there with a brand new show," said Banjo.

Tickets for the Dublin performance are priced between €33.50 and €43 (£27.80 and £35.70) plus booking fee.
