Letts Now Owners at JAXQuickfit Tyres Mackay

The JAXQuickfit Tyres Mackay store first opened its doors in January 2011 and now there is new cause for celebration with locals Brendon and Faith Lett having purchased the busy franchise.

The couple, who moved from New Zealand in 2001 are thrilled with their new business venture.

"Brendon started in the automotive industry at the early age of 15 as an apprentice panel beater and has run his own businesses since age 20", Faith says.

"I am a graphic designer by trade although since moving to Australia, have been involved with Brendon's businesses and during that time, we have developed a fantastic working rapport".

The couple, who have managed the Mackay store since it first opened, extensively researched tyre retailers before settling on the JAXQuickfit Group.

"As a franchise model, JAXQuickfit came out on top for us", Faith says.

The couple's ambition for the store is to consistently provide outstanding customer service to their diverse customer mix.

"Our showroom is equipped with all the comforts to ensure that our customers are well looked after; and those wishing to get some shopping done have the option of popping across the road to Caneland Central", Faith says.

The store is a modern, spacious facility backed by state-of-the-art tyre fitting equipment and a team of fully-trained tyre specialists.

JAXQuickfit Mackay provides the choice of tyres from the top five global manufacturing giants of the tyre industry, including quality and high performance passenger car, light truck and four-wheel-drive tyre brands … BFGoodrich, Bridgestone, Continental, Dunlop, Goodyear, Michelin, and Pirelli together with value for money brand options. This enables it to offer customers a mix of brands that span the premium, major and budget market sectors.

Also on offer is a full range of tyre and wheel fitment and servicing, as well as associated services including brakes and suspension.

In 2009 JAXQuickfit celebrated its 60th year in business. Nationally, the network serves around 60,000 customers per month through its approaching 80 stores along the eastern seaboard.
