The poll of almost 3,000 young drivers found that of these youngsters that are using their phones, a worrying 12% do not consider such practices as dangerous. And young motorists that have the most lack of concern about using such technology whilst driving a vehicle are in the North West region.

Further findings show that a third of adolescent drivers do not believe that changing tracks on mp3 players or iPods is a risk.
