The Ragman, a new book by Norman Taylor, has been released by RoseDog Books.

Author Norman Taylor lived on a small farm in the Mohawk Valley in upstate New York. One of five children left unsupervised for most of his younger years; he was always on the run with other kids his age. It was during this time of his life that his sense of humor and his fears were shaped.

There was a real Ragman that came to the house in a horse-drawn wagon, and Taylor's mother always threatened to put him out by the road to be taken away whenever he did something wrong. It is this fear that the author tries to give to the readers as the story unfolds.

Happy reading.

Illustrations for this book were done by Norman's granddaughter, Kelly Taylor. Thanks Kelly, you are the greatest.
