Enrollment is Now Open for Select Confined Space Rescue Training

D2000 Safety, one of the leading rescue and safety training companies with a focus on confined space rescue training, announces open enrollment for 2012 and early 2013 courses in Eugene, OR and Tempe, AZ. D2000 Safety offers a rescue focus on confined space, tower, wind turbines, fall protection, trench and structural collapse. The training provides crews with simple, effective and safe means of evacuating patients.

The upcoming Industrial Rescue: Train the Trainer courses will take place in Tempe on December 3-7, 2012, and again, April 1-5, 2013. The purpose of this four-and-a-half-day course is to provide students with confined space rescue training, skills and knowledge needed to train members of their location's industrial rescue team. The class is designed for team leaders, rope technicians, and other safety professionals who require an in-depth understanding of rope rescue systems.

Confined Space: Train the Trainer confined space rescue training sessions – among the most popular courses offered by D2000 Safety – will be held in Eugene on October 16-17, 2012, February 6-7, and May 14-15, 2013, and in Tempe January 8-9, 2013. This confined space rescue training provides safety managers, line supervisors, or anyone else with confined space safety responsibilities, with the knowledge and resources needed to develop, implement, and maintain a confined space safety program.

Future confined space rescue training courses also open for enrollment include Excavation Safety: Competent Person Training, and Fall Protection: Competent Person and Train the Trainer. These important training sessions are designed to educate about compliance with all government standards for safety, and also to empower workers to ensure accident prevention, and participate in quick and effective rescues, should an accident occur.
