An Arousing Alternative Comedy

November 11, 2004 (PRLEAP.COM) Entertainment News
LOS ANGELES, CA, November 9, 2004/EZPress - Writer, Producer, Actor Joe Camareno and partners Kurt Patino, Dale Fabrigar and Christopher Martin Salazar, bring to the screen a well made, positive portrayal of Latino's to premiere November 16th at the INCE Theater in Culver City, CA. "Cup O' Joe" follows "Joe Solano," a former child star who's trying to break back into show business, and he's having a tough time of it (no one will touch him with a ten foot pole!). He struggles with his professional life, while trying to maintain a relationship with his live-in girlfriend. Joe's life has also taken a psycho sexual turn: he thinks he may be gay. This is no easy ride. No serenity, no calm as he rides an emotional roller coaster to an early life crisis in this Sex and the City meets Ally McBeal romp.

An ensemble cast and crew make "Cup O' Joe' a must see. Created and written by Joe Camareno and Kurt Patino, directed by Dale Fabrigar and stars: Joe Camareno (ER, Malcolm in the Middle, Monk); Ruth Livier (Resurrection Blvd., NYPD Blue, King of the Hill); Erick Carrillo (The Shield, American Family, Selena); Phil Johnson (Dinner for Two, Stand-up comic); Tom Ayers (Las Vegas, Malcolm in the Middle, Grounded for Life); Rebecca Gray (The Money $hot, The Coroner, The Bachelor); Rhett Fisher (Maybe It's Me, Power Rangers Time Force, Power Rangers, Lightspeed Rescue: The Queen's Wrath); Carolyn Wilson (Orange County, Gilmore Girls, Passions); Anthony DeSantis (Will and Grace, Crossing Jordan, ER) and Lola Davidson (General Hospital, The X Show, A Moment of Silence).

"Cup O' Joe' will make its premiere for an Industry Screening, Tuesday November 16th, 2004 at the Culver Studios/INCE Theater, 9050 W. Washington Blvd., Culver City, California.
