Oh Dear What Can the Matter Be: A Positive View of Dementia, a new book by Felicity Jaffé, has been released by RoseDog Books.

Felicity Jaffé's aim in writing this book is to send out helpful advice on how to cope with dementia from her personal experience.

She has made something first-rate, genuinely informative and useful, and enormously human, with dignity and humour, including many practical ideas.

One gets the feeling that all along she is remembering and expressing what she remembers, not necessarily for her benefit, but for the benefit of a wider community.

This book will inspire the families and caretakers of dementia sufferers as it deals with dementia in a positive and happy way.

About the Author
Born in Surrey, Felicity Jaffé has spent a lot of time in interesting jobs. From being a "downstairs cook" on the eve of the Coronation, helping at a dinner attended by Sir Winston Churchill, working at the Festival of Britain, a time in Fleet Street, and numerous other jobs culminating in managing a Toyshop in Wimpole Street.

After her marriage and the birth of three children, she started a Yacht Charter Company in Australia followed by Sail Safaris in Zimbabwe, sadly no longer around. Her last venture, "Meals on Keels" for boats, is still thriving.

Sailing in all types of boats is still a lasting pastime.

Oh Dear What Can the Matter Be is a 30-page paperback with a retail price of $10.00. The ISBN is 978-1-4349-7247-7. It was published by RoseDog Books of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
