REP Commercial Negotiates Five-Year Ground Lease for 13,124 SF with Golden State Auto Spa in Anaheim, Calif.

Golden State Auto Spa of Redondo Beach, CA signed a five-year ground lease for 13,124 square feet to locate at 1211 S. Gilbert Street in Anaheim. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. This is the fourth location for Golden State Auto Spa. Ken Kopiczko, owner of Golden State Auto Spa, operates locations in Los Angeles, Santa Ana and Tempe, AZ. The new location is now open.
David Morgan, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the landlord, Gelb Enterprises of Encino, CA. The tenant represented itself.
