Data Center Storage Pavilion @ FOSE 2006, March 7 - 9, 2006 in Washington, D.C.

(PRLEAP.COM) The Blade Systems Alliance (BladeS) announces that it will host the Data Center Storage Pavilion @ FOSE 2006 from March 7 - 9, 2006 in Washington, D.C. The Data Center Storage Pavilion will feature exhibitors with products that are critical to the data center and blades implementations, including physical connectivity, housing, storage and data integrity, complimenting modular computing for end to end data center solutions.

In addition, the Data Center Storage Pavilion will include an open presentation area to provide essential training sessions to stimulate direct and interactive peer-to-peer dialogues between the attendees and the pavilion sponsors on the latest trends and technology. Carrie Higbie, Siemon and President of the Blade Systems Alliance, will conduct an educational forum designed to dispel the myths that surround blades implementations by using ROI and TCO models. Other presentations at the pavilion will include topics such as management of information lifecycles and evolution of SMI-S as a standard, among others.

The title sponsor for BladeS’ 2006 Data Center Storage Pavilion is the American Power Conversion Corporation (APC). The premier sponsors are the Siemon Company, Force 3, and the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA). Additional exhibitors include Spectra Logic, CMS Products, Xiotech, SharkRack, and Lefthand Networks.
