Monarch Airlines & Palmers Lodges team up for free giveaways at launch of BaldHiker travel blogger workshops

February 23, 2013 (PRLEAP.COM) Travel News
FREE FLIGHTS to Barcelona with Monarch Airlines and a free stay in London with Palmers Lodges are two of the fantastic giveaways at the BaldHiker's travel blogger workshop this March.

Paul Steele, the travel blogger behind the BaldHiker, has accrued over 380,000 followers on Twitter by live tweeting and blogging about his adventures and travels around the world. Due to demand from aspiring travel bloggers who want to learn how to get the most out of their travel blogs, Steele is to host an exclusive travel blogger workshop at Palmers Lodges in London from March 8th-9th.

The BaldHiker Travel Blogger Workshops are ideal for those who want to share their travel experiences and are looking for top tips and advice from the Baldhiker to improve and promote their blog on social media.

The BaldHiker, who started his own travel blog in 2007, will demonstrate all the online platforms he uses to enable his blog posts to be more widely read. He will also demonstrate how to reach your target audience more effectively and capture readers' attention.

About the BaldHiker Travel Blogger Workshop
Bloggers attending this insightful weekend workshop will get the benefit of Steele's social media experiences and the online tools he has used to acquire the number of followers he has today.

Fantastic tips on photography and advice on how to shoot great short films to embed on your blog will help bloggers bring their travel experiences to life through images and video.

As Steele expands his blog into BaldHiker TV himself (see him in action in this video filmed on the island of Sark) he said: "I wanted to give this workshop because I get a large number of direct messages from friends on Twitter asking me for advice and tips for their own travel blog. Sharing my travel experiences in my own personal way is something I love doing so I want to share my experiences with those who are as passionate about travel as me and might be looking at ways to improve what they are doing."

As well as their blogs appearing on BaldHiker.com after the workshop weekend, one lucky blogger will get to gather further content for their travel blogs for free thanks to Monarch Airlines and Aborigens Barcelona - a food tasting tour company.

Monarch Airlines will give one lucky winner two free return flights to Barcelona - the winner will also get the blog they write on return from Barcelona uploaded on to the Monarch Airlines blog.

A free food tasting tour of Barcelona for two people will also form part of the prize. The winner and their guest will be taken on the Feast & Tour event with local food insider event specialist Aborigens Barcelona. The tour for two is worth a total of 220 euros.

Palmers Lodges Swiss Cottage is providing the venue for the workshop on March 8th-9th and will host your welcome drinks, free lunch and unlimited coffee! AND your accommodation for the night of March 8th is free at Palmers Lodge Swiss Cottage.
