Robert Messier studied drama and filmmaking on Long Island, New York, and performed as a horror actor for New England's Spooky World theme park for several years.

Born in Concord, Massachusetts, in 1959, Messier currently resides on the Isle of Capri in Southwest Florida. He is a member of The Marco Island Writers Circle. His interest include philosophy, music, magic, the Boston Red Sox, the occasional fishing trip and, of course, writing and watching movies.
