San Francisco, CA (April 2nd, 2013) – Anne Thull, owner of Anne Thull Fine Arts Designs, is pleased to announce that her custom art designs will adorn the walls of San Francisco's Exploratorium during its opening gala on Friday, April 12. Anne's bronze grapevine sconces will be showcased in a specially curated designer's exhibition as part of the sold out Observatory Dinner and Supper Club – events marking the reopening and brand new locale for the famed "twenty-first century learning laboratory."

In a nod to the Exploratorium's grand reopening at Pier 15 along San Francisco's Embarcadero, Anne's grapevine sconces celebrate the spirit of rebirth and new beginnings. Her original inspiration for the sculptures pay homage to a precious grapevine cutting that was brought to America by her grandparents and the memories of enjoying the wine it produced during her early childhood years. The limited-edition, museum quality bronze sculptures were created with the lost wax method and offer inspiration to all who view them. The sconces will adorn the walls of an intimate dinner and artist's exhibition hosted by designer Evleen Salem, as guests enter the grand museum for a sneak peek of what's to come when it opens its doors to the public.
