"Members throughout the world are finding that our interactive exercises and tools can help them relieve stress and anxiety, develop new coping skills, and learn to relax,' said Richard Bedrosian, Ph.D., president and founder of MySelfHelp.com. "The stress management program teaches people techniques to soothe themselves and maintain a positive outlook. People can use these skills to help them cope more effectively with all kinds of stressful situations. The exercises in the program are based upon the techniques of cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT), a form of treatment that has proven to be effective with many different psychological problems."
