On Wednesday May 29, 2013, Investors Workshops, a popular real estate investment club in Orange County, California will welcome Sean O'Toole of Foreclosure Radar & Property Radar to present information about a new program, Property Radar, followed by an interview by Shawn Watkins.

Sean will share key data trends on the California real estate market, and show attendees how to use PropertyRadar to take advantage of these real estate trends.

"We are very excited to announce the launch of PropertyRadar, a powerful new product that gives you the data, software and analytics to solve real problems across ALL California properties. ForeclosureRadar changed the way you operated in the foreclosure marketplace. PropertyRadar is upgrading our service to all properties to enable you to go faster, make more money, and reduce risk," according to Sean O'Toole.

Shawn Watkins, co-founder of Investors Workshops, will be interviewing Sean after his presentation to share additional insights on how to take advantage of the latest developments in the California real estate market. The California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.) reported that equity sales rose to their highest level in five years. "We are very optimistic about the combination of low interest rates, low inventory and pent up buyer demand and how these factors are contributing to a very strong housing recovery," says Shawn Watkins.
