J.B. Goodwin Realtors Announce Austin Condos Sell Out as Market Rebounds
September 27, 2013 Business News(PRLEAP.COM) Austin, TX - Austin real estate company JBGoodwin Realtors sold its last luxury unit in the 32-story tower located in Austin's thriving downtown residential area. The tower, which overlooks the Four Seasons Hotel and Lady Bird Lake, is part of a series of projects catering to a boom of homes for sale in Austin.
JBGoodwin Realtors worked on the project with David Ward, executive vice president of Post Properties, who holds other Austin real estate listings in major downtown hotspots. Demand for downtown houses for sale in San Antonio and Austin has increased as more dining and entertaining businesses have opened up shop in the area. The sale of the Four Seasons Residences marks the fifth time since the late 1990s that Ward has sold out of an entire residential project. "Downtown living in Austin has firmly taken hold," Ward said. "The restaurants, parks and entertainment options make it a very special place to live." Each unit sold for an average of $1.25 million per home and were in high-demand on buyers' Austin home search lists.
JBGoodwin Realtors handle real estate in San Antonio in addition to their Austin homes for sale. The company consists of expert San Antonio real estate agents who specialize in finding downtown homes that take advantage of the newest city developments.
