Workhaven introduces Pre-Pay recruitment.

LONDON England -Monday 12 December 2005- Workhaven, the popular international recruitment website has announced the introduction of Pre-Pay recruitment.

Unlike most recruitment facilities, Workhaven does not accept job advertisements but allows employers to set up on-line dialogues with potential candidates and in effect head hunt them. The facility, which is free to candidates and paid for by employers, allows employers to reach passive as well as active job-seekers.

Until recently, Workhaven has operated a Pay-As-You-Go payment scheme with employers paying only for each successful candidate dialogue. As of today, Workhaven has added a Pre-Pay payment option that allows employers to open as many dialogues as they wish during a given period for a fixed charge.

Said Bruce Medhurst, Workhaven CIO, "Our employer research has indicated that some of our larger customers are troubled by the Pay-As-You-Go model because it is a variable cost. Pre-Pay, however , allows them to work to a fixed cost which in turn means that they can include the use of Workhaven as a cost capped item within their annual recruitment budgeting . We've ensured the payment facilities remain flexible so that employers can switch between Pay-As-You-Go and Pre-Pay at will. Although we envisage most of the larger employers taking the 12 month Pre-Pay option, we've provided the facility to purchase anything from 1 to 12 months of Pre-Pay to ensure that every employers needs are met. ".
