Citybase Launches "No Ordinary" Apartments Booking Tool

The tool opens up the entire worldwide inventory to the client, but most importantly it allows individual apartment programmes to be set up so that clients can access their preferred suppliers together with their individually contracted rates."

A perfect fit
Corporates can easily emulate their company's hierarchy and booking authorisation levels within My Account so designated users can make bookings by department or cost centre. Permissions and access levels can be configured within the system, and company information such as company locations, bookers, travellers are saved for convenience and can be managed quickly and easily.

Visibility and control
My Account gives Corporates the option to book using billback, meaning no payment card is required, whilst traveller tracking allows constant visibility of travellers. Management information is available at the click of a button, providing users with accurate reporting, all exportable to csv files.
