Comedy Hideaway: Best Date Night Idea For Valentine's Day

February 13, 2014, Santa Barbara CA: What does everyone look for in a mate? A sense of humor! That's why the Comedy Hideaway is putting together a Valentine's Day date night featuring dinner and an all-star cast of favorite comedians. Comedy Hideaway will be hosting six Valentine's Day comedy shows - two shows in Goleta, two shows in Santa Barbara, and two shows in Ventura, each on Friday, February 14 at 7:30 p.m. and 10 p.m.

Cost for the Goleta Comedy Hideaway shows, located at 5711 Calle Real (inside Petrini's), are $25 per person and include a special dinner menu plus beer and wine. Headlining act will be Graham Elwood, who has appeared on "The Late Late Show" on CBS and "The Sarah Silverman Program" on Comedy Central.

Cost for the Santa Barbara Comedy Hideaway shows, located at 532 State Street (inside Apero), are $30 per person and include a special dinner menu plus beer and wine. The headliner will be the winner of the 2012 San Francisco International Comedy Competition, Tony Baker.

Cost for the Ventura Comedy Hideaway shows, located at 208 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93001 (Inside Peiranos), are $25 per person and include a special dinner menu plus beer and wine. The headliner is Ruben Paul, internationally known comedian who has appeared on Showtime, Comedy Central and CBS "Late Late Show".

"Love has always been a little of crazy and a lot of funny," commented Andrey Belikov, founder of the Comedy Hideaway. "I'm looking forward to presenting these Valentine's Day comedy shows in Santa Barbara and Goleta. I think the couple that knows how to laugh together is better able to face life's challenges together."
