Dr. Keith E. Robinson, Ed.D. is a senior education specialist for the DC Courts. A native of Dallas Texas and a 29-year resident of the Washington DC area, he received a Bachelor of Science in psychology and sociology at Bowie State University and later an MSA in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. Dr. Robinson authored this dissertation as part of his doctoral study for which he received a Doctor of Education Concentration in Organizational Leadership and Specialization in Human Resource Development at Nova Southeastern University. A United States Navy veteran and adjunct professor at George Mason University, Dr. Keith E. Robinson dedicates this book to his beloved mother, Mrs. Patricia Viola Robinson.
