Ann Arbor, MI - Iron Legions is a new Kickstarter project focused on creating a new line of modular sci-fi military mech toys. The project features two unique units, the Orthrus and the Paladin mech figures. The Orthrus is a heavy long range artillery mech while the Paladin features a more agile eastern style mecha design. The mechs come in a set of parts with intechangeable joints to allow for customization in equipping weapons and armaments.

The project was originally started by Andrew Yang as a hobby focused on designing sci-fi vehicles through 3d printing inspired by video games, anime and tabletop games. While working in the wholesale business dealing with factories and customers as a day job, he decided to utilize both his design skills and business experience to have the units made into collectible toys . After several months of designing and working with the factory, the final units are ready to go to the next step to be made with injection molded plastic.

The supporters of the project will not only be able to choose the type of mech, but also be able to contribute to the design for the final color schemes of the units.
