Miami Author Publishes New Book about His Neighborhood

"Johnson/Richmond Heights Community," a new book by Danny Johnson, has been released by RoseDog Books.

The author was born in Miami, Florida, on November 22, 1962. What inspired him to write this book was the love of his family and his community. He enjoyed growing up in residential community in Miami, Florida, called Richmond Heights. It had some of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Johnson joined the military out of high school and went to community college where his first duty assignment was Presidio of San Francisco, California. He was a medial supply specialist. That was the beginning of a great journey for him. San Francisco is a very beautiful city. He has been living there since 1984.

Johnson has been working for the US Postal Serve over 25 years and hopes to retire soon. Then he will go back to Miami to be around his family and continue to write, because he has lots of interesting stories through out his travels and career.
