MORRISTOWN, N.J. AND HOLLYWOOD, C.A. – November 22, 2004 – Access Integrated Technologies, Inc. ("AccessIT') (AMEX: AIX) announced today that the company's Hollywood Software subsidiary has signed an agreement to provide its industry-leading TDSTM (Theater Distribution Software) to Magnolia Pictures. TDS is the most trusted and widely-used film distribution software available and manages a significant percentage of domestic box office activity each year. The company offers multiple innovative licensing models designed to support every level of the market from individual producers releasing one film, to major studios with significant release slates. Its one-of-a-kind ASP service allows customers to use the TDS software, including a robust theatre master, via a Internet connection to AccessIT's secure datacenters.

Jay Peckos Head of Distribution at Magnolia Pictures said, "Hollywood Software's TDS solution is clearly the most powerful tool on the market and their ASP licensing model makes it affordable for independent distributors such as Magnolia. The ASP service also allowed us to be up and running very quickly and reduced the need for significant IT and operations resources. TDS gives us fully supported, studio-caliber technology that allows us to professionally manage our core business of film marketing and distribution. When we are ready, it will also allow our seamless transition to digital.'

"TDS was designed to manage the growing complexity involved in the film distribution process. Most distributors and exhibitors realize that well-designed technology makes many things possible. By developing solutions for everyone in the distribution and exhibition supply chain, we are automating the process of managing and delivering films and data, worldwide. We are pleased to have the opportunity to work with Magnolia to bring their unique brand of independent content to audiences nationwide,' said David Gajda, President of Hollywood Software.

Hollywood Software and AccessIT are the premier technology companies in Hollywood today. Earlier this year, Hollywood Software announced the launch of TDS International with the goal of providing a single solution for managing film distribution on a worldwide scale. This powerful application will initially support French, Japanese, Italian, Spanish and German. The application will also have the capability to run either from a single central location or multiple distributed locations. The international product will build upon many of the same features that have made TDS the industry standard in the domestic distribution of films, including: integrated planning, interfaces for box office figures, print tracking, financials and an overall streamlined work flow process. Furthermore, through integration with AccessIT's Digital Cinema distribution technologies including its Digital Express E-Courier services, TDS International will offer unprecedented coordination and support for the worldwide distribution of digital cinema content.

Magnolia Pictures is the distribution arm of Todd Wagner and Mark Cuban's 2929 Entertainment, specializing in independent and foreign films. Formed in 2001 by Bill Banowsky and Eamonn Bowles, Magnolia's releases have included the Academy Award nominated documentary "Capturing the Friedmans,' the record-breaking documentary "Control Room,' the critically acclaimed French film "Read My Lips,' the most successful Israeli film ever released in the U.S. "Late Marriage,' and the surprising box-office smash "Woman Thou Art Loosed.'
