Chin's Mojo brings superpowers to Lone Star Brahma's Opening Day Hockey Game

August 7, 2014 - Texas rock band Chin's Mojo announces it will perform at the opening game for the Lone Star Brahmas hockey team. The announcement is a result of winning the Brahma's "Battle Of the Bands" contest, based on voting at the teams' web page.

"The purpose of this contest was to make our fans aware of the fantastic music community that we have right here in North Texas", said Chad Siewart, Vice President of the Lone Star Brahmas. "Chin's Mojo should be proud, you beat out some very strong competition", he announced, "including bands that have played the American Airlines Center in front of over 10,000 people, a nationally signed act that tours North America and Europe relentlessly, and the only person to win the Dallas Observer music award for Musician of The Year for 3 years in a row. Well done, Chin's Mojo!"

Chin's Mojo will perform on Opening Night, as well as having their music played during games and video clips shown throughout the season at Brahma's games and intermission.

Fans can watch the live concert and meet Chin's Mojo band members on Friday October 10, 2014 at 7 PM; Opening Night. The band will bring it's complete stage show, including fog machines, lasers and the best independent rock music in North Texas.
