Atilus Launches Boardma, New Board Management Software for nonprofits

August 15, 2014 - BONITA SPRINGS, FL, Atilus, a leading web design, development, and Internet marketing company, has launched BoardMa, the first of its kind web software to help boards of directors within nonprofit organizations operate more effectively.

BoardMa is a web-based system that provides a central location for boards of directors to most effectively direct and manage their underlying organization, including a calendar, board messaging, file storage, tasks for board members, meeting minutes, and more.

"As a member of a number of board of directors, I see the challenges these nonprofit organizations face each day. With BoardMa, members are able to communicate with ease, and has access to everything from one place. With the organizations across the country that have already begun using it, we're seeing large increases in productivity, helping organizations save time and money" says Atilus co-founder and Director of Operations Harry Casimir. In conjunction with the launch of BoardMa, Atilus has also partnered with the Southwest Florida Community Foundation to create the Community Web Award grant. The grant will be awarded to one nonprofit organization in the 5-county area (Lee, Charlotte, Glades, Collier, and Hendry Counties). The nonprofit organization chosen will receive a web development and Internet marketing package (valued at $20,000) to help their organization increase awareness and donations. In addition, the first 50 applicant organizations will receive a year-long license for BoardMa.com (valued at $360 per license).

"We've worked with many nonprofits here in Southwest Florida and we are so excited to partner with the Southwest Florida Community Foundation with the Community Web Award," says Atilus CEO, Zach Katkin. "In future years we will loop in additional tech-partners to provide an even broader award to further help local non-profits."
