Toronto, ON- Richard Brzakala, Owner of Applewood Acres Gardening & Lawn Care and Applewood Stoneworks’ announced today that he will be again circulating complimentary admission vouchers to its clients throughout Toronto and Mississauga to attend the “Successful Gardening Show”,to be held in the second week of March at the International Centre in Toronto Ontario.

Brzakala states in a recent interview that his company’s success is due in large part to the loyalty Applewood enjoys from its dedicated client base.

“Many of our clients take pride in their gardens and their green spaces and entrust the care of their properties to us. Circulating complimentary tickets is simply a nice customer service gesture to show them that we appreciate their business and look forward to 2006 and continuing our service arrangements with them. In the past, many of our customers have expressed appreciation for such gestures and have responded very favourably”, says Brzakala.

In addition to show tickets, some of Applewood’s clients will also receive complimentary subscriptions to gardening periodicals.

Brzakala states, “Many of our clients are real enthusiast’s when it comes to gardening and landscaping. A lot of their ideas for improving their properties come from something they have read or seen in a magazine. It’s a great starting point for inspiring someone to add something new or different to their property and they look to us [Applewood] to help them with their projects.”

Brzakala is very optimitistic for 2006. It is not surprising why, given that many municipalities in the Toronto area are turning their backs on pesticide use by imposing new bylaws in the coming year. Such restrictions on pesticide use and an increased emphasis on organic and natural products have garnered Applewood more clients, as their reputation as an organic and natural gardening and lawn care company has quickly grown. Naturally, excuse the pun, they are turning to such companies like Applewood, which have adopted environmentally conscious practices in the way they service their clients. Recognizing and rewarding client loyalty, as Brzakala has done, can only help to make one’s business even more popular in an extremely competitive industry.
