A 10+ year veteran of MV, Adem joined the company's Orlando, Florida paratransit division in 2003. During his tenure at MV, Adem has served in various managerial and leadership roles, including: operations and general manager for the Orlando division, group president for MV's Mid-Atlantic region and, most recently, as the leader of the company's northeast operations which includes MV's large transportation contract with the New York City Department of Education. Mr. Matthew Veach, currently a BD vice president has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Business Development and will be responsible for the company's BD activities in the U.S. Central and Northeast regions. Veach joined MV in 2010 as a vice president. Over the last four years, he has contributed greatly to MV's strong contract retention and new business growth rates. Veach's efforts have led to the company's expanded operational footprint in the Great Lakes / Greater Chicago region, as well as in New York State. Prior to joining MV, Veach held several executive leadership roles at Durham School Services.

In addition, MV has hired Mr. Joe Smith as Regional Vice President overseeing the company's operations in the northeast. Prior to join MV, Smith had a 33 year career with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("MTA") in New York. While at MTA, he oversaw a fleet of 5,900 buses serving 383 fixed routes. He was also responsible for MTA's demand-based paratransit operations in New York City and Nassau County, delivering over 19,000 trips per day with a fleet of 2,600 vehicles.

Regarding these leadership appointments, MV CEO Alex Lodde said, "Adem shares the great expectations I have in continuing to grow MV's business domestically and abroad. He and Matt have been major contributors to the MV team over the years and their promotions reflect the company's confidence in their abilities to lead others, manage employee and client relationships, and expand MV's reach in both existing and new markets. And, we are thrilled to add a leader of Joe Smith's caliber to the MV operations team. His decades of experience at MTA — one of the country's largest transit agencies — will be a tremendous asset to MV and the clients we serve."
