Focus on Compliance, a computer-based, distance-learning program, can be delivered via Internet, Intranet or CD-ROM. The program teaches banking compliance using easy-to-understand language in an interactive, self-paced format. Branch Security Excellence covers all areas of Branch Security including: Opening and Closing Procedures, Robbery Prevention and Procedures, Bomb Threats, Kidnappings, Fires and Medical Emergencies. Additionally, they’ll be prepared to deal with cons and frauds from customers, and to be on the lookout for internal fraud.
