Westside Workout Offers Free Pilates Reformer Classes in January

West Los Angeles, CA (January 2006) – Had too much eats and drinks over the holidays? Need to drop a few LB’s or just tighten up? Look no further…WESTSIDE WORKOUT in West Los Angeles is offering FREE weekly Pilates Reformer Classes throughout the month of January. Pilates can help you sculpt your body and focus your mind, as well as, give you that washboard stomach or perfect posture you’ve always wanted.


Join us for a FREE 45-minute Pilates Reformer class!
Wed. Jan. 11: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Sat. Jan. 14: 10am, 11am, 12pm
Mon. Jan 16: 5pm, 6pm, 7pm
Sun. Jan 22: 11am, 12pm, 1pm

Westside Workout is celebrating its tenth year and has just expanded. We are noted for our high caliber, certified teachers and the individualized attention given each client. We are committed to helping you reach your fitness goals by providing safe, effective instruction in a positive and supportive atmosphere. We have a great staff of trained & certified instructors with backgrounds in dance, aerobics, fitness, massage therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation and of course, Pilates.


Westside Workout offers:

Private Sessions: We work with you one-on-one. At the initial session, we discuss your fitness goals, conduct a Health and Fitness Assessment and introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates. We carefully design an individualized routine.

Duo Sessions: We work with you and a partner. Before getting started with your partner, we request that you come alone for your initial session to complete a Health and Fitness Assessment. This ensures that we meet your goals and personalize your routine.

Group Reformer Classes: You perform traditional Pilates exercises on the reformer with up to five students. If you are a beginner, we require that you take 4 private sessions first to learn the basics and ensure a positive experience in class. Owner:
Joan Habschmidt has been teaching Pilates for 18 years. She is a graduate of UCLA's Certified Program in Fitness Instruction and the Physicalmind Institute's Pilates Training Program. She is certified by the American Council on Exercise and the American College of Sports Medicine.
