April 14, 2015 - Lafayette, LA - Dr. Kirk LeBlanc is very pleased to announce that his ophthalmologist practice has brought on new technician Mariesha Dooley. Her primary role at the office will consist of helping cataract surgery patients.

"We are excited to welcome Mariesha to the practice," Dr. LeBlanc said. "She is a licensed nurse who has been in the field for over ten years, and we know she'll be an asset to our cataract patients."

Mariesha will be assisting Dr. LeBlanc with patients and helping them prepare for cataract surgery. She will go over pre-op instructions and medications, prep their eyes, and answer any questions they may have. In addition, Mariesha is in charge of addressing patient concerns, detailing their medical history, and determining their visual acuity.
