"See Saw," a new book by Yasaman Zadeh, has been released by RoseDog Books.

Yasaman Zadeh was born in Tehran, Iran in 1976. She has twenty years of personal experience with mental illness and is one of the six million American adults diagnosed with mental illness in a given year. She decided to share her story with the hopes of dismantling the shame and stigma associated with having such a disorder.

"See Saw," an autobiography, is Zadeh's first published work. It imparts a simple, yet profound, message regarding bipolar disorder: bipolar disorder is real and painful, but there is a way to live with it and control it so that it does not overtake your life.

Zadeh resides in Phoenix, Arizona.

"See Saw" is a 60-page hardcover with a retail price of $10.00. The ISBN is 978-1-4809-6198-2. It was published by RoseDog Books of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
