A. R. Tools & Machinery Offers Everything from Machinery Repair to Import

May 19, 2015 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
May 19, 2015 - A. R. Tools & Machinery, Inc. began as a simple, small family operation at home in the rural country of Spokane Valley when a father decided to use his 15 years of experience in steel sales to start doing something as simple as repairing Crossman BB guns back in 1974. The business grew to include selling sheet metal fabrication equipment as well as machine hoist repair equipment used in the mining industry.

Soon, A. R. Tools & Machinery continued to grow their fabrication equipment business. Since the founder of the company had experience selling steel, he knew exactly the type of equipment that many of his former customers would need for their various applications. When A. R. Tools & Machinery outgrew their space, it was time to move into a much larger building in Spokane, but the quality of the equipment provided to customers meant that the business soon outgrew the new building as well.

By the time A. R. Tools & Machinery moved to Airway Heights, the business was so successful that it only took 6 years for the company to be in a position to buy a facility that spanned a full 3.5 acres. At this point, A. R. Tools & Machinery was able to have room for an overhead crane, as well as build a self storage facility and four other buildings to house the large amount of fabrication equipment that was being provided to a growing list of customers..

Even when the economy was at its worst, A. R. Tools & Machinery didn't slow down. In fact, more contracts were obtained and helped to increase the company's ability to buy materials in bulk at reduced rates, which were then passed on as savings to customers.

In 2002, the company signed a contract to also become a machinery importer. This contract allowed for more expansion, and the ability to continue to offer quality services and products that companies of all sizes can afford.
