Ishq Junoon – The Passion of Love will feature 4 Composers and 5 Singers

August 21, 2015 - It is this premise that is explored by producer duo Vinay Gupta and Anuj Sharma with director Sanjay Sharma in their forthcoming film, Ishq Junoon - The Passion of Love. The duo launched the film at a suburban studio in Mumbai where they recorded the first song, Tu Hi Mera Rab Hai.

This is the first time that Sharma's Shantketan Entertainment, is associating with Vinay Gupta's Vinr Films, has ventured into the genre of romantic thriller.

About the film that is being produced in association with Shantketan Entertainment, Vinay says, "This is the current concept. The youth today are materialistic and want to become rich quickly. Girls only want to end up with rich guys and guys don't think twice before adopting shortcuts to make a fast buck to reach the top. So, everyone is living in a fantasy world. They don't realize that in reality it is different. But we want to show that true love triumphs in the end, thus to connect with the audience, fresh faces have been used."

Interestingly, the makers have roped in four composers - Sonu Nigam, Ankit Tiwari, Jeet Gannguli and Aanjan Bhattacharya - for the film's music. Ankit, who has composed Tu Hi Mera Rab Hai, says, "I had to rework on the tune of the song. It's a duet that I have sung along with another singer."

"Thankfully, my song got a go ahead in the first sitting itself, thanks to the voice of Mohit, the song has got uplifted" laughs Aanjan. Jeet adds, "I have to record my song yet. My tracks are mainly romantic, creating vivid moods for the film with the playback voice of Arijit Singh"

Sonu, who is still to compose his track, says, "I will sing the song myself."

The young bunch of talent starring Rajbir Singh, Rangshahi, Divya Singh, RajAryan, International Wrestler Reshad Delavar Khan are excited to have these industry stalwarts as their musical voice overs.
