About John Meserve - John Meserve has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services arena with a deep regulatory background established in his early years in Washington, D.C.

Most recently, he held leadership roles with BNY Mellon as an Executive Managing Director of the affiliate ConvergEx Group, as well as the Chief Executive Officer in charge of the group's research and commission management businesses which include Westminster Research Associates, Jaywalk, and ConvergEx Research Solutions. John built the business from a niche player providing a small, "alternative" model of soft dollar brokerage services into a widely recognized industry leader with undisputed market dominance. In these roles John established extensive personal relationships with 1000+ institutional money managers, 200+ broker-dealers and hundreds of independent/alternative research and market data providers.

Previously, as a Senior Vice President at The Bank of New York and head of the International Marketing Division he drove similar change and growth, transforming BNY from the smallest player in the depositary receipts business into the dominant player, industry-wide. In this capacity John established a global sales team and has traveled personally to over 75 countries. Recognized as a thought leader and one of the foremost experts globally in the areas of institutional commission management, independent research, and depositary receipts, John has been frequently sought out and quoted in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, San Francisco Chronicle, and Institutional Investor, among many others. Prior to The Bank of New York, John began his career in the financial services industry as a Vice President with Citicorp/Citibank where he pioneered their sales of depositary receipts to international companies and completely shook up the industry, fundamentally changing the dynamics of the market by creating a culture of competition.

"We're thrilled to have Pete and John's extensive and relevant experience on tap as we work through the intricacies of innovating the technology, business and legal practices attendant on complex capital markets transactions," said Miles Cowan, Founder and CEO of Ldger.
