October 10, 2015 - Daisybuds fabric shop in Birchington, Thanet is pleased to announce that due to public demand it is extending its opening hours. Daisybuds will also be participating in the UK wide Sew Saturday event.

Since its opening in February 2105, Daisybuds has been enjoying increasing success due to its range of unique fabrics and friendly service. To meet demand, Daisybuds opening hours will be as follows: Monday 10:30 – 4:30pm, Tuesday closed, Wednesday to Saturday 1:30 - 4:30 pm.

On Saturday 17th October 2015 Daisybuds Fabric Shop will be joining sewing shops across the UK to celebrate Sew Saturday, the climax of months of activity from the Sew Saturday campaign launched by leading publication Sew magazine.

Daisybuds Fabrics will be offering tea and cake on the day, free goody bags for the first 20 customers and 10% off on the day.

The event is supported by the industry including Sew Saturday ambassadors The Great British Sewing Bee's May Martin and Stuart Hillard, and with extensive media coverage promoting the event, promises to boost the profile of bricks and mortar sewing stores.

Rolling coverage in magazines including Sew, Make It Today, Craft Business, Homemaker and Crafts Beautiful and on their accompanying social media platforms will reach thousands of consumers. It's a chance for Daisybuds Fabrics to remind their customers of the fantastic, irreplaceable, personal service they provide.
