October 21, 2015 - NORTHFIELD, IL – Oklahoma City Community College is live on TranscriptsPlus®, PDFs and eRoboMail® from Credentials Solutions. TranscriptsPlus is an automated online transcript ordering platform tailored to fit OCCC's unique service options. It offers a secure, compliant, easy-to-use solution that collects fees in a 3rd party certified PCI DSS compliant environment, while being paired with a student self-service environment that reduces data input by staff.

TranscriptsPlus works in concert with back-end processing software RoboRegistrar®, which locates records, authenticates students and alumni, checks for holds, communicates with students via email and text and facilitates fulfillment. The school also sends In-Network and Out-of-Network PDFs on behalf of its students and alumni to expedite transcript delivery.

Oklahoma City Community College is utilizing eRoboMail to increase efficiency by leveraging state-of-the-art machinery to print, fold, insert and mail paper transcripts.
