Islevision to Offer Beach Community Lots on the Caribbean Sea for $10k

As an incentive for buyers, all those who start construction of their custom homes within 30 days of purchase, will receive a discount on building costs. Calm Waters Colonia prices offer an increased value for money spent compared to other local developments in El Porvenir of a similar size; priced in the $45,000 region. Prices being offered are also significantly lower than similar lots in the Caribbean which can range from $75,000 to $200,000.
