A seasoned sales professional Richard also has vast experience in languages, a passion which started over 20 years ago while in the Marine Corp where he helped conduct interviews and linguistics for government and military personally throughout Asia in Korean.

Richard brings a powerful background to inwhatlanguage and expertise in enterprise sales. Richard will be working with a team of talented individuals to grow sales, increase customer retention and meeting the company's goals annually. He will be developing strategies for growth and customer satisfaction to ensure an excellent customer experience for new clients.

About the Senior Vice President Position
Richard will be focusing on a variety of tasks to help inwhatlanguage improve including customer onboarding, enterprise client acquisition, overall sales processes and operations. As VP, Richard will be setting annual sales targets and then assisting in helping the company reach the goals. Richard will help inwhatlanguage strategically align the whole company around enterprise level sales and enterprise sales methodology. A sales-centric mindset among everyone in the company will be a major focus for Richard. With the recent launch of the translation management software (tms), Unify, inwhatlanguage is well positioned to grow among enterprise clientele. Having the Unify software in the arsenal for the sales team helps set them apart from traditional translation vendors and allows inwhatlanguage to be seen as the source for both excellent translation management software and for translations.
