April 12, 2016 - "Spiritual Leadership in the Home: Three Principles for Effective Leadership in Your Home," a new book by Winfred Fleming, has been released by RoseDog Books.

This book provides the opportunity for individuals, Sunday school classes, discipleship groups, or home Bible studies to explore scripture and discover how to effectively lead in the home. The author introduces three principles in the book to help guide the reader into becoming a "spiritual leader." The book also provides both positive and negative leadership models from scripture as well as a visual model of Christ-centered leadership.

About the Author:
Winfred Fleming has served as an elder in several churches. He has taught Adult Sunday School classes, led men's discipleship groups and led several home and work site Bible study groups often creating unique, new lesson material. Winfred is a retired engineer who during his career held both management and technical leadership positions. He has previously served as a trustee of Houston Bible Institute (now College of Biblical Studies), Co-President and Newsletter Editor for a local chapter of the Autism Society of America, and is currently a member of the Board of Advisors for Grace School of Theology.

Winfred has been married for over 40 years. He and his wife have one son. Winfred enjoys coaching his son in Special Olympics basketball, cycling and bowling.
