Orlando, FL 2006—-In celebration of Black History month, nationally acclaimed author Michael T. Owens will sign copies of A Dream Come True at 2:00PM, February 11, 2006 at Borders Bookstore (9441 W. Colonial Dr., Ocoee, FL Phone: 407.532.2269). He will also sign copies of Truth Be Told: Tales of Life, Love, and Drama, an anthology featuring Black male authors edited by Mr. Owens.

Owens, a native Floridian, is one of the industry's most promising voices with a writing style Urban Reviews calls "a welcome change in today's African American fiction". In what Jive Magazine deems "reminiscent of movies like 8-mile", Owens delivers “A Dream Come True”

Michael T. Owens is a Florida State University graduate and author of Pick-Up Lines, A Dream Come True, and editor of Truth Be Told: Tales of Life, Love, and Drama.
