Weatherford College Converts from Transcripts on Demand™ to TranscriptsPlus®

NORTHFIELD, IL – Weatherford College has made the conversion from Transcripts on Demand™ to TranscriptsPlus®, a move that will save the institution money, increase efficiency and deliver an improved transcript ordering and processing service.

TranscriptsPlus from Credentials Solutions provides a convenient, easy-to-use, FERPA compliant online transcript ordering system, which is integrated with Weatherford's student portal. Credentials collects all fees on behalf of the institution as a 3rd party certified PCI-DSS Tier 1 payment processor. The TranscriptsPlus platform charges the credit or debit card when the order is completed, thus eliminating the cumbersome and costly process of reconciling and refunding accounts.

Coupled with TranscriptsPlus is Credentials' proprietary middleware RoboRegistrar®, which has been automating transcript processing and fulfillment since 2003. RoboRegistrar locates records, authenticates students and alumni, checks for holds, communicates with students via email and text, and facilitates order fulfillment.

Credentials is sending PDF transcripts on behalf of Weatherford College through TranscriptsNetwork™, the largest sending and receiving network serving Higher Education. This allows Weatherford College to securely send transcripts to other institutions and entities on behalf of its students.

The college is also utilizing eRoboMail®, which fully automates the school's paper transcript fulfillment at one of Credentials' facilities. Features such as security paper, tamper-proof envelopes, and copy and thermal protections ensure document integrity and security. It even accommodates attachments. With eRoboMail, paper transcripts are processed more efficiently and with fewer errors.

With the combination of online ordering, automated processing, electronic delivery and paper transcript fulfillment, Weatherford College has decreased phone call volume and the number of transcript resends.
