Network Control Achieves Unprecedented 100% Overall Satisfaction Rating from its TEM Customers

May 18, 2016 - Network Control, a pioneer and leader in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) managed services, today announced the results of its comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Survey. This annual poll of its full customer base gave respondents an unbiased, anonymous opportunity to rate their interactions with Network Control's dedicated services team and the quality of the company's extensive Technology Expense Management services. Customers were also asked to assess the value and contributions of Network Control's TEM team and services to their company's performance and bottom line.

The survey was performed using an online survey tool with a standard 5 selection scale from "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree" and results were anonymous to encourage unbiased input. Questions ranged from the performance of each company's Network Control support team, to the value received from the company's services. Highlights of the survey include:

  • 95% saw strong value in the company's reporting capabilities.
  • 80% indicated that Network Control services were able to save them money on their wireless spend.
  • Over 92% highlighted the visibility to cost drivers as a key value provided.
  • 100% of users were pleased with the quality of the company's Bill Paying Service.
  • 100% of Network Control's customers found their teams courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful.
  • More than 97% of all customers polled would recommend Network Control to any company looking for TEM services.
