Feeling Overwhelmed - New Relaxation Resource Provides Answers.

January 25, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Health News
Anyone dealing with the stress of feeling overwhelmed will soon have access to a new, free, shortcut relaxation resource: a weekly one-hour teleseminar series launching on friday, January 27, 2006, 9 p.m. Eastern Standard time.

Depression, only one type of stress reaction, is predicted to be the leading occupational disease of the 21st century, responsible for more days lost than any other single factor.

Stress is linked to physical and mental health as well as decreased willingness to take on new and creative endeavours, say U.S. experts at the Center for Disease Control and the National Institute for occupational Safety and Health
Institute, both of which are dedicated to studying stress.

"The fear of feeling overwhelmed by stress has a lot of people tearing out
their hair, but the techniques I've developed over 14 years are easy, quick and calming - right off the bat," says Cecil McIntosh, founder, developer, teacher/coach of the Empty Your CupâRelaxation Process and host of this new teleseminar eries. "Even heart, stroke and cancer patients who I work with see benefits and relief very quickly."

The new teleseminar has been developed to address these issues. Visit http://www.askcecilmcintosh.com to subscribe. There is only one small requirement: registrants must submit a question. Each week McIntosh will choose frequently asked questions to answer during the teleseminar.

The Feeling Overwhelmed Teleseminar aims to help anyone deal with daily
problems, issues and stresses at the time they happen rather than after they have built up and become overwhelming.

The teleseminar series is for anyone with:

- difficulty focusing
- a troubled relationship at home or work
- career or business difficulties
- pain from illness

Cecil McIntosh is an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Trainer, Hypnotherapist and Energy worker who has been in private practice for over 14 years. Founder of the Empty Your Cup(R) relaxation/meditation process, he specializes in teaching his clients how to relax any time any place.
