Florida State University is live with TranscriptsPlus® from Credentials Solutions

August 9, 2016 - Florida State University has partnered with Credentials Solutions to streamline the institution's transcript process. By adding TranscriptsPlus®, eRoboMail® and PDF sending, FSU students and alumni are able to order transcripts online, while being provided with a variety of fulfillment options.

TranscriptsPlus offers a secure, FERPA compliant and easy-to-use transcript ordering platform. Transcripts can now be ordered 24/7 from anywhere in the world. Proprietary automation software RoboRegistrar® locates records, authenticates students and alumni, checks for holds, communicates with students via email and text, and facilitates order fulfillment.

eRoboMail is an automated print and mail solution that prints, folds, stuffs, seals and stamps paper transcripts. Printing is done at Credentials Solutions-owned facilities, ensuring that transcripts are processed more efficiently. Adding the capability to send PDFs through TranscriptsNetwork™, the largest sending and receiving network serving Higher Education, gives students and alumni options when it comes to sending transcripts to institutions with different receiving requirements.
